OF TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL HELD ON APRIL 16,2014, BETWEEN THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION AND EXELON GENERATION COMPANY, LLC, CONCERNING REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE BRAIDWOOD STATION LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT (TAG NOS. MF1832, MF1833, MF1792, AND MF1793)
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and representatives of Exelon Generation Company, LLC, held a telephone conference call on April 16, 2014, to discuss (a) clarification needed for the staff to respond to Illinois Environmental Protection Agency comments regarding Clean Water Act Section 401 certification for the Braidwood Station (Braidwood), Units 1 and 2, license renewal, and (b) updated Table 9.1-1 and 9.1-2 of the Braidwood License Renewal Environmental Report. The telephone conference call clarified the possible need for follow-up RAis. provides a listing of the participants and Enclosure 2 contains a brief description of the discussion and response for the items.

TELEPHONE CONFERNCE CALL REGARDING REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BRAIDWOOD STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT APRIL 16, 2014 The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission {NRC) staff and representatives of Exelon Generation Company, LLC, held a telephone conference call on April16, 2014, to discuss and clarify the two items described below.
- Clarification needed for the staff to respond to Illinois Environmental Protection Agency comment regarding Clean Water Act Section 401 Discussion: The staff explained that Exelon should follow up with Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (I EPA) to obtain proof of water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act for the Braidwood Station (Braidwood), Units 1 and 2, license renewal. The I EPA comment can be found in the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management Systems (ADAMS) under ADAMS Accession No. ML13207A105. Exelon indicaled lhal1t understood the clarification needed.
- Updated Table 9.1-1 and 9.1-2 of the Braidwood License Renewal Environmental Report Discussion: Exelon clarified that an updated Table 9.1-1 and 9.1-2 will be submitted as a supplement to the Braidwood License Renewal Environmental Report.
