By letter dated April 5, 2013, Southern California Edison (SCE) submitted Amendment Application 263, Proposed Change Number (PCN) 602, "Steam Generator Program" (Reference 1).

In light of the decision to permanently cease power operation of the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3 (Reference 2), SCE requests withdrawal of Amendment Application 263, Proposed Change Number (PCN) 602.

This letter contains no new commitments.
