SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION - Byron Station Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 13 This letter is re-submitting the entire information provided in Byron Letter 2013-0053 submitted April 18, 2013.

Additionally, supplemental information previously omitted in that letter is included herein.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (p)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is submitting Revision 13 to the Byron Station Security Plan. Changes to this document were implemented on March 26, 2013. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), EGC is submitting these changes within 60 days of implementation.

The Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan has been revised to:

1. Removed Natural Draft Cooling Towers as part of Vehicle Barrier System.

2. Incorporated comments from NRC RAI's.

3. Updated references to types of detection and types of back up Active Vehicle Barriers.

4. Fixed minor grammatical errors.

EGC has concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Byron Station Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.

Attachments 1 and 2 contain Safeguards Information. Therefore, EGC requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding," paragraph (d)(1), and 10 CFR 73.22, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Specific Requirements," paragraph (a)(1)(i).
