RE: JLD presentation on 5/8/12- Oconee slides John, 2 comments from me:

1. It appears that options 1 and 2 are directly related, i.e., we need option 1 before we can do option 2.

Maybe combine them into 1 option.

2. Do we need more discussion and present options on the appropriate standards for the flood protection measures such as the flood wall?

I have forwarded to my management and will provide you any comments I receive from them.

JLD presentation on 5/8/12- Oconee slides (OC Attached is the draft of the Oconee slides. Please let me know if you have any comments. The reason I used the phrase "adequate protection of public health and safety," is because it will then require the use of the backfit rule to add additional requirements on Duke, which I believe is the level of assurance they desire before proceeding with construction of flood walls.
