Cortlandt Manor, NY, 10567 <C/:)General Comment As a concerned citizen who lives within 5 miles of Indian Point, I am commenting on this proposed rule: Given that there has not been any long-term solution for storing nuclear wastes, the storage of these wastes on-site should become part of the consideration for licensing and re-licensing of nuclear power plants.
