~77 FC (65) 7 Submitter Information m171 Name: Sean Zigmund iT" Address: <C 64 Mineral Springs Rd. -r Livingston Manor, NY, 12758 General Comment I am a New York resident and I live an hour from the Indian Point nuclear reactor. I am asking that the NRC first resolve the many technical issues, including long-term waste integrity,.vulnerability and deterioration; the potential for accidents; and lessons learned from Japan's devastating 2011 Fukushima Daiichi meltdown before moving forward with any EIS, or at the very least, including the above items in any EIS drafted.Considering Hurrican Sandy and the damage NYS has seen just in the passed two years from storms and flooding, our public safety is at an all time low and spent nuclear fuel pools make it even lower in the path of climate change and super storms. The corporations who profit from nuclear reactors should ultimately be responsible for the cradle-to-grave issues related to nuclear fuel, the plants/reactors themselves, and any and all public health issues! We are not guinea pigs, and we can and will implement renewable energy solutions to replace dirty nuclear fuel. As our representatives in the public interest, please support the same! Enough is enough.C": JJ C/)SufNsi f?_&JriC~VV omtJ T"e ý~OdtzP3M-01
