Bobbie, It was a pleasure to meet you on Wednesday; I really appreciate you taking time out of your schedule to stop by.

Please find attached an electronic copy of the award document for Task Order 2 under blanket purchase agreement (BPA) NRC-DR-03-09-064. As we are approaching the Government's Fiscal Year end, I must receive your organization's signature on the attached document (Page 4) no later than September 30th. If you agree with the terms and condition in the attached Task Order, please sign the attached copy and either email (Jennifer. DeFino@,nrc.qov) or fax (301-492-3437) the executed document to my attention.

I have also mailed two (2) original copies of the Task Order to your attention. When you receive the package in the mail, please sign both copies (with the same date you signed the electronic copy) and mail back one copy to my attention (the other copy should be kept for your records).
