Sturgeon Incidental Take Report for 07-05-2022.pdf Attached are the Incidental Take Report and Data Collection Form for a live Atlantic sturgeon collected on 07/05/2022 during routine bottom trawl sampling in the Delaware Estuary. The sturgeon was in good condition and quickly examined and released. The bottom trawl monitoring program is a requirement of Salem Generating Station NJPDES Permit No. NJ0005622 and incidental takes are authorized under Biological Opinion NER-2010-6581.
