Charles, Thank you for the opportunity to review the site visit schedule and plan. My comments are listed below.

Schedule:

1. I strongly recommend moving Presentation #3 (New Plant Early Site Permit) to the beginning of the week (Tuesday rather than Thursday) since the information provided in this presentation will have a bearing in all interviews for all resource areas.

2. Add Rikhoff to Tour #2, Archaeological/Historical Resources.

3. Tuesday, someone from NRC (Klementowicz?) needs to go on Tour #4.

4. Tuesday, correct the spelling of my last name to Rikhoff.

5. Wednesday, someone from NRC (Logan?) needs to go on Tours #5 and #6.

6. Thursday, not everyone needs to go on the boat tour or Presentation #2 (Estuary Enhancement Program).

Perhaps Presentation #2 should be moved to the beginning of the week along with Presentation #3. The information provided in Presentation #2 would have a bearing in the Aquatic recourses interview.

Plan:

1. Interview #1 has Archaeological & historical resources and Socioeconomics combined. Delete from Taxes to Justice under NRC Description.

2. Remove Dillard's name from the Archaeological & historical resources interview. He's a biologist. Goodwin is the Archaeologist.

3. List A. Travis and J. Rikhoff under NRC for Tour #2, Archaeological/Historical Resources.
