Dear Mr. Weber:

On May 13, 2011, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Temporary Instruction (TI) 2515/183 Inspection Report 05000315/2011011; 05000316/2011011 (ML111320302). Section 03.04.a was inadvertently duplicated as Section 03.03.b in the Inspection Results. Please be advised that there is no Section 03.03.b. Section 03.04.a is correct as stated. We apologize for any inconvenience to you and your staff.
