Enclosures 1 and 2 summarize the test results at the PNP.
Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.

RANDOM TESTING During this reporting period, a total of 291 random tests were conducted with the following results:
Donor Group Random Tests Results Employees Contractors 201 Random testing identified no positive drug/alcohol results.
90 Random testing identified no positive drug/alcohol results.
The percentage of random tests conducted during this period was 32%.
The positive drug/alcohol rate for 2008 indicates a stable trend for employees and contractors. There was no negative trend during the analysis.
