This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. James Smith of your staff and Ms. Rebecca Nease on March 18, 2008, concerning a Category 1 meeting which has been scheduled for April 8, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. (EDT). The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting, scheduled at our request, is to discuss the NRC=s Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your Sequoyah facility.
We recognize that you may have information which you want to present to us or members of the public in attendance during the meeting. Accordingly, if you so desire, after our presentation you will be afforded an opportunity to respond to any information contained in the Annual Assessment Letter and to discuss any new or existing programs that are designed to maintain or improve your current performance.
