Dear Honorable Judges Karlin,

Elleman and Wardwell:

During the prehearing conference call on June 12, 2007, the Board requested that Entergy determine the availability of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station for a site visit during the first three weeks in October. The Board also requested that other parties indicate their availability for the dates provided by Entergy no later than June 29, 2007.

By letter dated June 14, 2007, Entergy indicated that the site visit could take place any time on a weekday during the first three weeks of October, except October 17, 2007.

Parties representing the State of New Hampshire are generally available any of the dates not already excluded, except for October 12, 2007.

Thank you for your consideration of available dates for a site visit.
