During the prehearing conference call on.June 12, 2007, the Board requested that the parties indicate their availability for hearings in February and March of 2008.
New England Coalition, Inc.'s Counsel and witnesses are at this time available throughout February and March of 2008. NEC's witness, Dr. Joram Hopenfeld, is planning several weeks vacation travel in, February and/or the first two weeks of March, but has not yet made specific plans.
