Fwd: Shearon Harris Documents FYI I called Mr. Runkle and sent this message Tuesday afternoon after noticing the oversight.

I cc:'d Tanya so she's already aware. I asked Mr. Runkle if he thought I should contact Mr. Lochbaum and was told no, that he would forward the email.

I will email him this morning and any other corrective actions recommended.

Mr. Runkle, I apologize for our oversight of leaving the petitioners off of distribution for the attached Shearon Harris document (ML070590625). Please note that the information on the extension of Enforcement Discretion was published in the Federal Register (71 FR 19905) and is applicable to all plants that request to transition to National Fire Protection Association Standard 805. This does not, however, excuse the staff from leaving you off of distribution.

As requested, I have attached Carolina Power & Light's proposed Director's Decision comments dated May 1, 2007 (ML071270210). This document should be available on the public ADAMS website on Wednesday (5/9).

If you have trouble viewing these document, please let me know and I would be happy to fax them.
