Throttle fully closed HV-51-1 F068B, heat exchanger RHRSW outlet valve.

Throttle fully open HV-51-1 FOI 6B, outboard containment spray valve.

HV-51-1 F004B, 1 F006B, 1 FOI 5B, 1 FOI 6B, I FOI 7B, Assist the PRO in initiating drywell spray with RHRSW.

Monitor drywell pressure.
