2002-0132 Attached is a draft closeout for 2002-0132 on the POGO-like security allegation at Salem/HC.

The allegation is approaching its 180 day due date and needs your prompt attention. I have taken the liberty to provide this "straw man" for your detailed technical review and would like to get your comments back by COB, tomorrow, if possible.
