Damaged Cables at Salem Her are pictures of a cable which was damaged at Salem during the fire wrap project.

This cable was damaged when some yahoo ignored the work instructions and used a razor knife to remove the old wrap. The work instructions called for using a plastic blade to avoid damaging cables.

This event led to a COMPLETE WORK STOPPAGE sitewide. NPS contract workers were idled for a week while PSEG went through and evaluated each work item, and the supervision assigned.
