Re: Salem Review Panel - 3123 at 2:30 p.m. - - destroy the attachments to the earlier email Place: RIAllegation This note asks you to destroy all electronic and hard copies of the files you had been sent.

The subject files distributed via Scott's email yesterday contained the names of the allegers. While they were appropriately marked with the "ALLEGATIONS MATERIALS ENCLOSED - SENSITIVE INFORMATION" disclaimer and were only distributed internally, any such files which contain personal identifiers of allegers, are to be maintained only Inthe Allegation Office. You should delete electronically the copies of the subject files and destroy the hard copy if you printed one.

Also, as a reminder, if you need to provide information to the Region I allegations staff, send the Information to RIALLEGATIONS, rather than any individual member of the alegation staff. That will ensure that all RI allegation staff will receive the information. In this case, Dave Vito was the only allegations staff person to whom the information was initially sent, and Dave is out of the office this entire week.

thanks.
