Correction to Fort Calhoun Station's (FCS) Discussion of Control Element Drive Mechanism (CEDM) Housing Reliability Figure 4 In Reference 2, Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) provided additional information on the factors affecting material reliability management of the CEDM housings. A transcription error has been found in Figure 4 of that submittal. The schedule of piping has been corrected from "sch. 100" to "sch.160." Attached is the replacement page correcting Figure 4.
