69023 and 69024 By letter L-88-269 dated June 23, 1988 Florida Power 6 Light Company (FPL) submitted the Emergency Power System Enhancement Report which provided the scope of the Enhancement Project and described the new electrical system configuration and the proposed.

implementation plan.

Attached is Supplement 1 to the Emergency Power System Enhancement Report.

This supplement provides additional information regarding the testing to be performed on the various components and systems'uring turnover and startup, during preoperational

testing, and prior to returning the emergency power system to service.

A description of the qualification testing of the new emergency diesel generators was provided in FPL letter L-88-454 dated October 19, 1988.

Our current schedule for the remaining submittals is also attached.
