For the period of August 1, 2018 through January 31, 2019 there were no plant-specific departures required by 10 CFR 52, Appendix D, paragraphs X.B .1 and X.B.3.b.

For the period August 1, 2018 through January 31, 2019 there were no changes, tests or experiments made pursuant to paragraph (c) of 10 CFR 50.59.
