Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) submitted PG&E Letter DCL-18-074/DIL-18-012, "Emergency Plan and Implementing Procedures Update,"

dated September 26, 2018, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5) and the

  • requirements of 10 CFR 72.32, providing the NRC with changes made to the E_mergency Plan without prior NRC approval. That submittal provided the most current revision (Revision 5.02) of DCPP's Emergency Plan, Appendix D.

This letter includes, for information, Revision 5.00 of the Emergency Plan Appendix D "Emergency Action Level Technical Basis Manual," which was approved by the NRC in License Amendments 231 and 233. This manual is provided in the*

This submittal does not contain any privacy and proprietary information in accordance with NRC Generic Letter 81-27, "Privacy and Proprietary Material in Emergency Plans."

PG&E makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter. . *'"' ***
