Dear Commissioners and Staff:

Diablo Canyon Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Technical Specification (TS) 5.1.1, Technical Specifications (TS) Bases Control Program, provides a means for processing changes to the ISFSI TS Bases. ISFSI TS 5.1.1.d states that changes to the ISFSI TS Bases shall be provided to the NRC on a frequency consistent with 10 CFR 72.48(d)(2), which specifies that the submittals be made at intervals not to exceed 24 months.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) has not made any changes to the Diablo Canyon ISFSI TS Bases (other than removal of revision bars) since the submittal in March 2018 (Reference 1).

The same information was also communicated in February 2020 (Reference 2).

PG&E makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-

04) in this letter.
