This letter forwards Revisions 13, 14 and 15 of the Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS) Physical Security Plan (PSP) which were effective on March 21, April 2, and April 19, 2013, respectively. Attachment A provides a summary of the Revision 13 changes. Attachment B provides a summary of Revision 14 changes. Attachment C provides a summary of Revision 15 changes. The changes were reviewed and determined not to decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the BVPS Physical Security Plan. Accordingly, these revisions are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).

The enclosed revisions of the BVPS Physical Security Plan are Safeguards Information and must be withheld from public disclosure under the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
