at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during.this inspection are described in the enclosed inspcction report. Within these areas, tne inspection consisted of selected examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by.th.e inspector.
No violations or. deviations of NRC requirements were identified within the scope of this inspection.
The primary focus of the inspection was to' assess the performance of your staff dLring the conduct of Power Ascension Testing at Unit 3.
We found the conduct of operations at Unit 3 to be acceptable. Our inspection did identify several deficiencies which indicate weaknesses in your conduct of technical
. work. We direct your attention to paragraph 5 of the enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure will-be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
