The inspector reviewed the program areas of audits, alarm stations, communications, and testing and maintenance and determined that the licensee L

has an acceptable program in these areas. An incident involving a potential i

compromise of Safeguards Information is discussed in paragraph 5.

The inspection confirmed'the licensee's conclusion that the incident did not involve a compromise of Safeguards Information.

The security force appears to be well trained and highly motivated. The security staff has been seeking improvement and this attitude is pervasive in all observed aspects of the STP security program.
