insertice Inspector ( Allll) and'were reviewed by the NRC inspector.

The ultrasonic examination (UT) pulse echo detection-instruments and

tran!ducers of various angles, sizes, and, frequencies were used.-.

The aondestructive examinations,(NDE) were' performed in accordance?

with ASME Section V, 1980 Edition, Winter 1981 Addenda, i

The examination data was within the criteria. outlined in the applicable flDE' procedures (and.ASME code requirements. The NRC1 inspector's review included examination of documents'. relative

to ilDE equipment, data, and. evaluations.

(2) Eddy Current (ET) Examination;

Westinghouse utilized a bobbin coil, and the motorized rotating.

l pancakecoil(MRDC)'probefortheET.

The ET was performed-i utilizing the Zetec MIZ-18 multifrequency/multiparameter ET equipment, and the data analyses was performed utilizing the Zetec -DDA-4 Analysis System.
