WOLF CREEK GENERATING STATION- NRC EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS ANNUAL INSPECTION REPORT 05000482/2010501

Dear Mr. Sunseri:

On December 31, 2010, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff completed its annual inspection of the Emergency Preparedness Program at the Wolf Creek Generating Station. This inspection began on January 1, 2010. Issuance of this letter closes NRC Inspection Report 05000482/2010501. Observations and findings in these areas were provided in the quarterly integrated reports for your site.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
