Safeguards Contingency Plan; Protection of Safeguards Information; Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance; IE Bulletins and Information Notices and Licensee Actions on Previous Inspection Findings. Three NRC inspectors were involved in the onsite inspection. The inspection included backshift evaluation of security lighting and assessment aids.
Results:
Nineteen previous inspection findings and IE Bulletin 77-08 were closed during this inspection. One new item involving excessive security force overtime was opened. The licensee appears to be achluving an appropriate degree of progress in support of fuel load alth respect to the security program.
