Areas Inspected: Status of the corrective action regarding previous reported inspection findings and an extensive tour of the construction site and obser-vation of construction activities in progress. The inspection involved a total of 24 inspector-hours on site by one NRC inspector.
Results: No items of noncompliance or deviations were noted.

Licensee Action on Previous Inspection Findings The inspector and licensee reviewed the list of previous findings concerning noncompliances and unresolved items for the years 1977, 1978 and 1979. One unresolved item each was observed for 1978 and 1979. Action has been initiated to determine the status of these items and resolve any questions that may remain open.
Functional or Program Areas Inspected The inspector spent approximately 40 per cent of his inspection time walking Also he through the plant observing workmanship and construction status.
observed the tendon gallery, the detensioned tendons and one of the post-tensioning anchorheads that had failed. Except for the grease draining from the tendons without sealing cans housekeeping in both plants was better than average.
The inspector observed concrete pour PT 2-C-383-0-2-S in progress. The pour was near the 20 and P columns, and was estimated at 20 cubic yards. Although the concrete placement was progressing in a satisfactory manner, the inspector and QC inspectors discussed general clean requirements associated with such work.
Exit Interview The inspector met with the licensee representatives (denoted under Persons Contacted) at the conclusion of the inspection on June 12, 1980. The The inspector summarized the purpose and the findings of the inspection.
