This finding involved discrepancies and/or weaknesses in the applicant's Startup Testing Quality Assurance Plan. The areas of the plan that were identified were: Controls over conduct of preoperational testing and related activitie Requirements for inspection frequencies, procedures, and checklists had been establishe A system of audits had been defined. The NRC Inspector was infonned, at the time these findings were identified, that the program was being revise The new program has been issued and reviewed by the NRC Inspector.
