Licensee Action on Previous Inspection Findings a.

(0 pen) Infraction (424/425/79-08-01): Failure to document backfill test data. The inspector examined revised procedure number CD-T-01,

" Earthwork Quality Control" which specifies the method to be used for determining and documenting the moisture content of the soil at time of compaction. This item remains open pending implementation of the revised procedure in backfill operations.

(0;en) Infraction (424/425/79-11-01): Backfill moisture control. The inspector examined revised procedure number CD-T-01 which specifies

correlati,on tests cerforroed to verify that determination of moisture content.of backfill by use of the field stove agrees with the moisture content determined by use of methods in ASTM D2216.

reports) performed on 3/4 inch A-36 steel plate (heat no. C75347), 1 1/4 inch A-36 steel plate (heat no. R-7411576), and 3/4 inch by 8 3/16 inch nelson studs (heat no. N77582). These materials will be used to fabricate embedment plates.

Partial placement of pour number 1-05E-001B, the top of the foundation met in nuclear service cooling water tower IB, and pour number A-080-021, an interior well in the auxiliary building.
