Persons Contacted On January 6,1981, a meeting was held at Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 3 to discuss details of establishing on-site facilities for a resident reactor inspector.

l The proposed office space (interim trailer and final office in NUSCO building)
for the resident inspector was examined and approved. A firm activation date for the resident office has not been established but a tentative date of March 15, 1981 was discussed.
The NRC representatives indicated that further coordination to establish the resident inspector office and program at Millstone Unit 3 would be effected by the resident inspector.
l A site tour was also conducted and no items of noncompliance or areas of concern were identified.
