This refers to the meeting held at Millstone Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 3
on January 6,1981 at our request, related to inspection of activities authorized
by NRC License No. CPPR-ll3.
The subjects discussed and the attendees at the meeting are included in the
Office of Inspection and Enforcement Meeting Keport which is enclosed with
this letter. We view the results of this meeting as beneficial in establishing
the office of a Resident Inspector at your facility.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed
report will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
