This routine, unannounced inspection was conducted in the area of Physical-m Security Program for Power Reactors. Specifically, Records and Reports; Locks,

In the areas inspected. violations or deviations were not identified.

The licensee continues to perform its security functions 'in an' adequate manner.

The badging problem mentioned in Inspection Report No. 89-17-01;(IFI)~ appears not sto have significantly decreased to indicate they have control of the

. problem.-(see - paragraph '2.d).

The inadequate perimeter. closed circuit-television assessment problem mentioned in Inspection Report No '89-24-01 (IFI)

still; continues (see paragraph 2.c.).
