Areas Inspected:
Included a review of the licensee actions in reference to access controls for a vital area while compensatory measures were in effect on July 14, 1986. The inspection was conducted by one NRC inspector and the inspection was initiated during the day shift.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the area examined, except as noted below.
Access Control - Personnel: Compensatory measures in affect did not assure that the required level of access control for one vital area could be
. maintained (Paragraph 3.a of Report Details).
The licensee's corrective actions appeared adequate to correct the violation and to prevent recurrence.
