Subject to a future review of supporting records, we concur with your partial denial of Example Your response to Example 5 states that numeric limits for abnormal or erratic data (stroke times) will be established by an Engineering Evaluation Report (EER) but it is not clear how the limits will be established. Based on a telephone conversation between Messrs. Wheatley and Enzor of your staff and Mr. Girard of our staff on April 14, 1988, we understand that the limits to be established by EER should not be confused with the 25/50% limits in your response and that, as further clarification, you will provide a copy of the associated EER to this office by May 3, 198 We appreciate your cooperation in this matte
