Thank you for your supplemental response of May 13, 1988, to our Notice of
Niciation issued on March 10, 1988, concerning activities conducted at your
Brunswick facility.
Your supplemental response provided additional information
with regard to corrective action for violation Example 5, which cited a failure
to have criteria for identifying abnormal or erratic valve stroke times in your
inservice testing.
We have rev' awed the information you provided, which
included a description of the criteria to be used for identification of
abnormal or erratic valve stroke times and the implementation of the criteria.
