Tha inspection involved 60 inspector-hours on site by two NRC inspectors. The inspectice was begun during an offshift period; ten inspection hours were accom-plished during offshift periods.
Results: 0 % apparent security violation, one unresolved item, and one security

concern were identified during this inspection. One security violation was noted during a Region II investigation on December 5, 1980 and identified in this report.
