Subject: Cambined Inspection 50-317/81-15 and 50-318/81-14 This refers to your letter dated October 22,1981, in response to our letter dated September 24, 1981.
Based upon an October 30, 1981 telephone discussion beteen Mr. R. Mathews of your staff and Mr. E. McCabe of this office, we have revised the Notice of Violation to state that your compensatory measures were' inadequate, instead of stating that no compensatory measures were taken.
A revised Notice of Violation is appended. We understand that you agree with the corrective actions identified therein.
If our understanding is incorrect, please contact us promptly.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions. Those actions will be examined during a future inspection of your licensed program.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 and 10 CFR 9.5, the appended infomation about your i
security program is subject to disclosure only in accordance with 10 CFR 9.12; there-i fore, the revised Motice of Violation will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
