Arkansas Nuclear One - Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-313/50-368 License No. OPR-51 and NPF-6 Evaluation of Security Organization Staffing (Inspection Report 50-313/87-40; 50-368/87-40)
Dear Mr. Callan:
In our letter of January 22, 1988 (fCAN018810), we informed you that Arkansas Power and Light was currently evaluating the security organization at Arkansas Nuclear One to ensure the staffing is adequate to meet all the requirements of contingency plans.
At that time, completion of the review was estimated to be March 1, 1988.
However, as discussed per telecon between Mr. Larry Yandell of NRC Region IV and Mr. Don Lomax of my staff on March 3, 1988, this t

evaluation is continuing and is now expected to be complete by March 22, 1988.
The results will be forwarded to your office at that time.
