Subject: NRC Inspection This refers to a routine, safeguards inspection conducted by Mr. L. R.
Norderhaug of this office on May 27 through July 9, 1986 of activities authorized by NRC license No. DPR-54.
It also refers to the discussions of the preliminary inspection findings held by the inspector with Messers.
G. Coward, R. Moore, T. Heyn, and other members of their respective organizations at the conclusion of the visit.
Areas examined during this inspection included activities related to physical protection as described in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and records, interviews with facility and contractor personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were identified.
In accordance with section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Titie 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of the findings of your safeguards and security measures are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the enclosed inspection report will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
We have determined that the enclosures so designated contain Safeguards information and, therefore, are subject to the controls of 10 CFR 73.21.
