Exit Interview ' The inspection scope and findings were summarized on August 23, 1985, with those persons indicated in paragraph 1 above. The licensee did not identify as proprietary any of the materials provided to or reviewed by the inspector during this inspection.

Licensee Action on Previous Enforcement Matters This subject was not addressed in the inspection.

Independent Inspection Effort (92706) The inspector held discussions with licensee representatives regarding emergency preparedness, emergency response facilities, Region II Incident Respense Teams, NRC-licensee interface during emergencies, and NRC hurricane response procedures, and high frequency radio equipment.
Experiences and lessons-learned from the Full Field Exercise of the Federal Radiological Emergency Response Plan at St. Lucie in March 1984 were discussed. A draft copy of the logistical needs of the Region II Incident Response Teams was presented and discussed.
The inspector discussed NRC response team organization, NRC concept of operation, roles and responsibility of the site team, and interface areas between NRC and licensee response team. The NRC Hurricane response team and High Frequency Radio equipment installed at their facility were reviewed and discussed. The licensee was informed that the antenna and tuners have been mounted and should not be dismounted.
Region II future plans to improve the hurricane communication system was also discussed.
