This letter confirms our plans to conduct a Predecisional Enforooment Conference at 1:00 p.m., on December 1,1997, et the NRC Region 111 Office in Lisle, Illinois. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss apparent violations identified in NRC Inspection Report 50-295/97017(DRS); 50-304/97017(DRS) regarding a programmatic breakdown in the implementation of the fitness for duty program.
The meeting will be open to public observation.
