Audit; Security Organization; Physical Barriers (Protected Area) (Vital

Areas); Lighting); Access Control (Identification, Authorization and(Escorting) (V Badging)(Search Aids; Assessment Aids; Cormiunications; Testing and Maintenance; Compensatory Measures; Power Supply; Response; Locks, Keys and Combinations and Records and Reports. The inspection involved 143 inspector hours onsite by three NRC Regional based inspectors.

Also reviewed was the licensee's response to IE Bulletin 79-16.

Each of these areas was examined in consideration of the allegations of lax security published in local newspapers.
