Inspection on April 30 to May 4 and May 7-9,1979 (Report No. 50-286/79-11)
Areas Inspected:
Routine, unannounced inspection of the Physical Protection Program to include corrective actions taken regarding previously identified items of noncom-pliance and licensees level of compliance with 10 CFR 73.55 as stipulated in the approved Security Plan.
The inspection involved eighty-one (81) hours onsite by two (2) NRC regional based inspectors which. covered sixteen (16) major areas of interest:
(Physical Security Plan, Security Program, Security Organization, Physical Barriers, Lighting, Access Control, Alarm Stations, Detection Aids, Assessment Aids, Conmunications, Testing and liaintenance, Compensatory Measures, Power Supply, Responses, Locks-Keys and Combinations, Reports and Records).
Results: Of the sixteen major areas inspected, no items of noncompliance were iden-tified.
