Thank you for. your letter dated December 21,'1988, informing us of the steps you have taken.to correct the violations which we brought to your attention in our letter dated November 21, 1988 (Report Nos. 50-282/88016 and 50-306/88016). We will examine the effectiveness of your actions during a future inspection.
As noted in your letter, we'are withdrawing the third violation contained in our letter of November 21, 1988, as it was issued in error. A duplicate violation was issued in Inspection Report Nos. 50-282/88019 and 50-306/88019.
We regret any inconvenience resulting froni~this error.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this matter.
