Cline, NRC/Region II, subject as above, dated April 21, 1988, please find attached the Duke Power Company responses to the notice of violation These violations were identified by W. W. Stansberry, NRC/Region II on March 21 25, 1988, during the course of a routine NRC Safeguards Inspection at Oconee Nuclear Statio Violation number, 50-269/88-10-01, 50-270/88-10-01, and 50-287/88-10-01, addresses three (3) non-bullet resisting openings greater than ninety-six (96)
