h regarding the use of respiratory protective equipment to maintain intake of radioactive material by any individual as low as is reasonably achievable, and that we would notify you of the acceptability of your responses in the near future.
After careful review of the basis for your dental of the violation, we agree with your position and have deleted the violation from our records.
